Who is BFF, LLC ?
While looking over the documents given to the city for this rezoning the plate on the site plan drawing says "prepared for BFF, LLC." This is obviously not Metropolitan Bank. So who is really doing the request for rezoning?

Anything that's all acronyms is by default suspect! Still, can we start with basic definitions, for example, "community services district" and "neighborhood conservation area"? What exactly do these phrases mean? Are they euphemisms or otherwise misleading? Or are they trying to say something clear but without regard to a non-technical audience?
when you look at the city definitions it gets pretty scary
